Following an accident occurred in the thickener 22 Minera Escondida, it was necessary to re-manufacture the harrows, instance in which the client took advantage of generating a zero-time evaluation of the equipment, generating a model and manufacturing plans for the whole. Later, almost a year later, a laser scan was performed on the thickener 21, performing the same activity, that is, generating a 3D model and manufacturing plans for the structures and components and equipment. Then the information of both works was merged and a unified one was created to have the set of thickeners 21 and 22.
