OBJECTIVES OF THE
We perform an analysis of the condition of leveling and alignment of the components by means of three-dimensional survey by means of a laser scanner, monitoring the alignment and leveling of the axis of the pulley and the pillow block, making a 3D parametric model, to show possible deviations.
Availability: The offered system allows to increase the measurement in a record time, increasing the availability of the equipment by avoiding long detentions for its control.
Speed: The method allows a complete measurement in all aspects of virtually any mining equipment in periods of less than 15 minutes.
Security: The personnel involved in the process is not in direct contact with the team but 15 or 20 meters away, thus reducing unnecessary exposure to hazards.
Volume of Information: With the finished measurement it is possible to cover a huge amount of geometrical, structural and kinematic analysis such as thicknesses, structural deformations, centers of mass and volume, etc.
