The three-dimensional lifting of the primary crusher allows to know component wear and adjust the mantle according to setting (CSS-OSS). Our condition monitoring gives the client different scenarios for wear projection and desired rock size.

Perform lifting of the equipment using 3D laser scanner. Monitor the current condition of the interior of the agglomerator to verify proper operation.

Security: The personnel involved in the process is not in direct contact with the team but 15 or 20 meters away, thus reducing unnecessary exposure to hazards.
