RECLAMOS Y APELACIONES

Mediante este formulario, podrá enviarnos sus reclamos o apelaciones sobre situaciones que considere importante que tengamos en consideración y requieran una solución por parte de OmegaServicios SpA y su Unidad de Inspección NDT.

Cualquier información agregada en el formulario será tratada con reserva.

OmegaServicios SpA y la Unidad de Inspección NDT, harán seguimiento a la gestión de este reclamo o apelación de acuerdo al motivo o tema a tratar; para ello se necesitará la mayor cantidad de información disponible, como la identificación del reclamante, su empresa de ser necesario y su información de contacto, el motivo preciso del reclamo o apelación explicando de la forma más detallada posible lo ocurrido, como el momento que se produjeron dichos hechos, con fecha, hora y de ser posible, especificando la comuna, localidad y las personas involucradas (en caso de haberlas).

Se acusará recibo de dicho reclamo o apelación enviando un correo con el Acuso recibo de reclamo y/o apelación (OMSERV-FORM-7.5-01).

Posteriormente a la investigación, se enviará una Notificación Formal comunicando la Finalización de Proceso de Quejas y Apelaciones (OMSERV-REG-7.5-03) y se les informará respecto a los resultados directamente al contacto proporcionada anteriormente.

OmegaServicios SpA y la Unidad de Inspección NDT, mantendrán un seguimiento a dicho reclamo o apelación de acuerdo al Sistema de Gestión, controlando que el tratamiento se realice en los plazos establecidos y que se mantengan los registros correspondientes.

Todo lo anterior de acuerdo a las especificaciones de la Norma NCh-ISO 17020:2012.
